White-label branding

Your clients never need to see the word “Manage365”. The white-label surface covers custom domain, logo, colour palette, company display name, and every PDF / email the platform sends.

What's customisable

• Custom domain — e.g.portal.yourmsp.com.au. Covered under tenant tier (Business gets basic branding, Enterprise gets full custom domain + wildcard SAN).
• Logo — light + dark variants, PNG or SVG. Applied to the portal, every PDF, every templated email.
• Brand colours — primary, accent, muted. Injected as CSS custom properties, so the entire shadcn / Tailwind theme shifts.
• Favicon
• Company display name — shown in page titles, navigation, and client communications.
• Login page copy — welcome text, marketing message, custom logo.
• ToS / privacy links in the footer.

Custom domain setup

1. Settings → Branding → Custom domain.
2. Enter the hostname. Manage365 gives you a TXT record (for Let's Encrypt DNS validation) and a CNAME / A target to point DNS at.
3. Add both records to your DNS. Hit Verify. Let's Encrypt issues the cert; Traefik picks up the host within seconds.
4. White-label is live on the new URL. The old*.manage365.autonomousnetwork.au URL continues to work for MSP staff.

What clients see

On the white-label domain: your logo, your colours, your company name in the title bar and emails. The portal functionally is the Manage365 client portal (change requests, compliance reports, licence usage), but there's no branding leak. Clients can't reach the MSP-facing portal from the white-label domain.

Every Manage365-generated PDF — compliance scan reports, licence summaries, QBR templates, evidence bundle attestation pages — picks up your logo + colours + company name. No Manage365 watermark.
